Born and raised in the vibrant city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, I was always captivated by the art of transformation. The way a simple haircut could change a person's entire demeanor was nothing short of magic to me. So, in 1998, my family and I packed up our dreams and moved to the United States, where I knew my passion for hair could truly flourish.

Fast forward to 2014, I was just a 15-year-old kid with a pair of scissors and a dream. I embarked on my hair journey, and let me tell you, it was no walk in the park. But with every snip and every style, I honed my craft, learning the ins and outs of the industry. I was determined to make my mark, and after 16 years of blood, sweat, and hairspray, George's Salon was born in May of 2021.

Now, you might be thinking, "George, why a barbershop and salon?" Well, my friend, I believe that everyone deserves to look and feel their best, regardless of their gender. At George's, we're all about breaking down those old school barriers and creating a space where everyone feels welcome.
